The single pedal Son of Hyde from Visual Sound is the exact same distortion channel found in the highly acclaimed Jekyll & Hyde pedal. With a wide range of sounds that can be discovered by using the Mid knob to adjust the midrange, a Bright switch to go from a more compressed distortion to very bright, along with Drive, Treble, and Volume knobs to set the overall style of sound, the new Son of Hyde is the perfect compliment to any pedalboard. The added noise reduction circuit in Son of Hyde eliminates white-noise when you stop playing… although you might not want to stop! With the all new housing design and user-friendly controls, the sonic possibilities of the new V2 Series Son of Hyde are… endless.
The Visual Sound Dual Tap Delay gives you two separate channels which can be used independently or together, synchronized with a single tap-tempo switch. The two channels are identical, but with the second channel also having a Modulation control to add a Chorus effect to the repeats.
riginally designed by Bob Weil in cooperation with Joe Naylor for Reverend Guitars back in 2000, the Reverend Drivetrain has become somewhat of a legend. With separate Bass and Treble controls, the GarageTone Drivetrain is one of the best sounding and most versatile overdrive pedals around.
With both Speed and Depth knobs, the Oil Can Phaser has a wide variety of warm analog tones, from swooshing to pulsating. Placed before distortion or overdrive, the Oil Can is perfect for classic or modern rock, ska, punk, and more. On its own, the GarageTone Oil Can Phaser gives warmth and movement to textured rhythm parts.
Finally, an overdrive pedal that delivers grind and girth. Clear low end, sparkling highs, and none of the mid-range hump found in most other dirt boxes. Play a sixstring chord and all the notes ring through. Play a single note line and it sizzles, punch a power chord and it grinds.
Everyone loves the overdrive channel in Visual Sound’s original Jekyll & Hyde and Route 66 pedals. Visual Sound’s new Route 808 pedal is designed to improve on the sound of the original TS-808 Tubescreamer, including a bass boost switch and far more output volume than the original, along with Visual Sound’s proprietary tone sweetening ingredients.
